And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. When you are a small child, Christmas is such a huge deal to you, Santa Clause, Presents, Tv Shows and more. There are so many thing associated with Christmas that can take your mind and heart off the real reason for Christmas! The commericalism of "Christmas" has made us lose the Real Reason for Christmas, The Birth of Jesus Christ!
Have you stopped and thought about that, it's not the presents, shopping, and more. It's about the celebration of Jesus Christ and what he means to you and your family.
So many today doesn't want to offend! So they use Happy Holidays,
Instead of Merry Christmas!
Well from me, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!! Not just on December 25th, but all year through!
We should celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ Everyday, Thank you God for your sacrifice!
John 3:16, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that those who believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
It is with “goodwill toward men” that the Christian lives each day of His life. Instead of being particularly generous on a seasonal basis we ought to, by faith, be more generous every day. “So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.” (Galatians 6:10).
So why not start a new tradition, a daily tradition of Celebrating Jesus, not just on Christmas Day,
He tells us that everyday we ought to be reminding others of the Lord, and encouraging them to live faithfully; “But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called 'Today,' so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.” (Hebrews 3:13).
